Welcome to the January Handwaved CR & AU workshop for Kaisou! We're super excited to have you! These posts are to help encourage old and new players to make new connections and find potential CR while designing your AU or figuring out what your OU character has been up to. If you're brand news, you can check out FAQ page and the app page to get a sense of what's going on!

If you're a player looking to app a new character:
Apps are always open for submission and get done the first and third weekends of the month. So once you got a clear idea of what you want, feel free to hop over to the application page! If you're already in the game, feel free to comment to this post as well to make new CR!

A reminder that in order to app either a Black Order or POKEGO AU you are required to have been in the game at least 3 months with another character. If you are rejoining the game after being gone awhile, you can count your past stint towards your 3 months, but it's recommended you look over the plot recap to see what you missed.

If you are a player with a character in game looking for CR:
You can use this post to comment with your character and established some handwaved CR or just come up with different ways for characters to meet!

Character Name: Furina de Fontaine
Canon: Genshin Impact
Age: 500, physically she looks roughly 20.
Type: OU

About: Once upon a time there was an Archon, but it turns out that Archon was actually just an act as she split her humanity from her divinity to fool the heavens. Some things happened and now the human, named Furina, gets to live her life as herself hooray! Everything was hunky dory until she was thrown into Kaisou and suddenly returned to being a god, but she's doing her best adjusting to her life here and the divinity she never asked for returned. Also she has a boyfriend??? Two boyfriends??? Aaah.
Typical Activities: Furina's day to day is fairly simple! She works at the Vogue so more often than not you will definitely see her there, she directs a lot of the performances there and helps with lighting, costumes, etc. She also preforms every so often! She can sing and act so chances are you may have caught her on one of those nights. If she isn't working at the Vogue she does spend a lot of her time down in Meropide, in part because of Wriothesley (she wants to spend as much time as she can with him) and in part because she enjoys helping those down there. She also loves spending time with the seals and blubberbeasts in the harbor, often visiting them to make sure how they are and even swimming with them in the ocean. It is also important to note that she visits the Statue of the Hydro Archon that looks strikingly similar to her, how odd.

She'll definitely have run into Maxima helping out down in the Fortress and occasionally attending performances at the Vogue! he is the designated reacher of things on high shelves

Zulius thinks Furina is the most adorable little sweetheart ALIVE and will consistently big her up and stop for a chat in work. He's a nosy little shit so he absolutely asks how her relationship is doing and is honestly delighted that she's happy! He's her biggest cheerleader always.

She'll run into Varian in Meropide too. He's very awkward when it comes to talking to people, but once he gets used to her he'll open up a bit more. Her cheery nature will remind him of Rapunzel and then they'll be no hope of him ignoring her, because he is weak to that. He likes to befriend The Nice Ones.
