Welcome to the January Handwaved CR & AU workshop for Kaisou! We're super excited to have you! These posts are to help encourage old and new players to make new connections and find potential CR while designing your AU or figuring out what your OU character has been up to. If you're brand news, you can check out FAQ page and the app page to get a sense of what's going on!
If you're a player looking to app a new character:
Apps are always open for submission and get done the first and third weekends of the month. So once you got a clear idea of what you want, feel free to hop over to the application page! If you're already in the game, feel free to comment to this post as well to make new CR!
A reminder that in order to app either a Black Order or POKEGO AU you are required to have been in the game at least 3 months with another character. If you are rejoining the game after being gone awhile, you can count your past stint towards your 3 months, but it's recommended you look over the plot recap to see what you missed.
If you are a player with a character in game looking for CR:
You can use this post to comment with your character and established some handwaved CR or just come up with different ways for characters to meet!

About: Eren's a young soldier with a deep desire for freedom. He lived in Shiganshina District located within the slums of Wall Rose. Those walls are a symbol of oppression to Eren. He challenges the status quo and finds it hard to turn a blind eye to the many injustices of the world. He's empathetic towards people who have suffered just as he did. On top of that, Eren has an unshakable will and a strong sense of purpose. He's determined to reach his goals no matter what it may cost in the end.
He struggles with his anger which he internalizes. His anger can sometimes cause him to become violent. Eren has been trying to overcome his anger by channeling it into his intense training regimens. Eren's made some improvements and he's trying to do the best he can to overcome his temperament. He has a tendency to keep most of his feelings to himself.
His distrustful nature and skepticism stems from trauma in his past. His intensity may make him difficult to approach. Eren is easily misunderstood by others because of his rough demeanor. He can be a loyal friend when he's ready to trust others.
Typical Activities: He's been training with magic and increasing his physical strength daily. His physical training involves the use of his ODM gear (Omni Directional Gear) where he aims to improve his agility. Eventually, Eren wants to incorporate magic into his fighting style more so he can be ready for any new threats that arise.
Eren's curious about the world and he's keeping a military style journal to record most of the things he's seen. His notes include a rough map of his home town and the places he's visited within Kaisou. He enjoys exploring and going out to new places.
Looking for: Mentor figures! Eren's still young and he could really use someone who can help him gain confidence. He needs a source of guidance because it would bring him stability in his chaotic life.
Somebody who can teach Eren how to swim. He loves the ocean so much and he never learned how to properly swim so it's something he wants to do in the future.

The more realistic answer is that he's a freaking alien echidna who also has some innate special power on top of that which really explains a lot.
But yes please enjoy the obstacle course, but take care not to get hurt, it is not designed with silly things like safety in mind--
