Welcome to the AU & CR workshop for Kaisou! We're super excited to have you! These posts will be made on a bimonthly basis to help encourage old and new players to make new connections and find potential CR while designing your AU or figuring out what your OU character has been up to.

Apps are always open! So once you got a clear idea of what you want, feel free to hop over to the application page! If you're already in the game, feel free to comment to this post as well to make new CR!

Same, my mom's family is a bit like this so I have cousins who are only cousins by marriage, lol. It's great fun.

bawww what a good cousin!!! He definitely had a hard time before high school, but he's doing his best.

All of these sound good, which doesn't help sorry hfjdskf hahaha. I think I like Perry or Pembroke the most because I can imagine neighbors just calling them the [Name]s like a rival football team. Every time there's a wedding or a baby shower or something the neighborhood gets fucking flooded with them...

IDK if you're taking notes for this, but Tsukasa's mom is named Julie, and she has an older brother (James) and a younger sister (Lisa). Lisa is the wild one so I'm thinking she married into this huge family and sucked everyone else in with her on purpose. LOL

Let's go with Pembroke then! And ahsdgfa I love that, just a giant swarm of people, and children running around (and probably pulling in whatever neighborhood kids are around at the time). It's like a block party, but really it's just one house.

Also that's good to know re: relative names, since I'll probably get a flow chart going if it ends up getting large enough (lol thanks Lisa for getting the katamari rolling).

aunt lisa is too much excitement even for tsukasa lol...

also something to mention: because Tsukasa's dad is a relatively famous author he has money. Not like JKR tier of being able to buy out the government but enough to pay for plane tickets, so it's possible he helped pitch in to help her move/fly to Kaisou knowing Robin and Tsukasa are fairly close. THE BOY NEEDS FRIENDS.

HE REALLY DOES NEED FRIENDS, don't worry Tsukaka she's (hopefully) here to stay! And honestly, this works out really well for her AU (since how are two school teachers in south Wales going to afford to float all that, I was just ready to handwave it). I have her staying with another relative, so maybe logistically that just worked out better in the long run. But gosh it's good to see him have an actual good dad as opposed to the piece of shit from OU.

Something that might be cute too is, when she was out there when she was little, they would probably just stay up super late playing video games together. Trips out there were her "let's be a little irresponsible" times!

That sounds fine. Despite the money, they just live in a small house because it's less upkeep haha. His dad is literally Bear's player in this AU (like in the epilogue) because I wanted to have my happy family times and give Ryo a son who wasn't a total piece of shit, so!!!

this is so sweet and i love it! ;_; Robin I think would've been one of the people who helped him become more confident in himself, enough that he could finally come out later on... Thank god for Robin and for Jun T_T even though this means... he will have such a complicated history with divinity when everything comes out........ hahahaha

THIS IS SO GOOD I LOVE IT. Also my wife leaned in and was like "Wow I didn't realize that Bear made money." Just thought I'd pass that along.

But gosh I love this, she would absolutely help and support him!! These two are already so sweet, I can't wait~

I cackled. I think it was implied he hired a private investigator or asked a friend to find out who the mysterious comatose patient was, so he's definitely loaded haha... Everyone's like "why is a fuckin' author poking around this?????" and in the end that's why no one can guess what he does for a living, lol

And ok but listen, it's a good hair color!! Is it really light blond, are they just prematurely turning gray, the world may never know. I want to believe that they're the only ones in the family with that colored hair, so it's even more confusing. WHERE DID IT COME FROM???

It's actually even better because. Tsukasa's been a brunet Robin's whole life, but the moment she gets the app, she'll notice Tsukasa looks like an anime convention attendee. Silver hair, PURPLE FUCKIN EYES, tats. Like WHAT even-

Honestly I can't believe how perfect making them related is turning out to be, but them comparing notes as they start getting regains will be A Time. tfw you want to be there for someone, but you end up quietly mouthing "what the fuuuu" the whole time instead.
