Hello everyone! It's time for the announcement and plotting post for July!

OOC Housekeeping

• The Zodiac Network Post will go up July 1st, with a midmonth post going up July 15th. There will be one event log, that'll be posted July 15th.
• If you haven't already, please remember to check in for activity! Activity is due by the end of the month!
• Just a reminder for anyone who hasn't joined yet, but we have a game discord for current players! It's completely optional to join, but come in and say hi!
• If you haven't already, you have until the end of the month to claim free gacha for June! Free gacha ends at the end of June.
• Please note that there will no Gacha Goodwill the weekend of July 4th due to holiday/mod family obligations. In addition, the mod offices will be closed on July 4th specifically due to the holiday. Goodwill shall be returning July 18th!

World Changes

• Cinderella Hair Salon is here to style your looks!
• Mount Buck is available for skiing, go-karts and other activities.
• Several upgrades have been added to the Animal Shelter
• A knock off plushie store is in the fortress
• Getting Over It is now on the Libra app

Faction Updates
Just noting that we're combining the three factions together into one section for space!

POKEGO: The POKEGO Animal Shelter has received a number of upgrades for everyone to check out! As such, POKEGO will be having a pretty quiet month as they continue to work on that. They will also have a booth at the Anime Convention in order to help teach about animals and other nerdy things. As always, you can check out updates to the PICHU facility here and information about Cygnus Academy here.

Zodiac: Due to all your hard work during Pride, you actually get some relaxation time! Or at least, no additional projects being dumped on you. Enjoy it while you can!

Black Order: The Black Order succeeded in driving back the gloom from the Hole, though it still looks like there's more down there. This month, there will be a mission but it will be happening in the second half of the month due to the mod who runs those plotlines having RL obligations. Please look forward to it.

City Events
This month, these things will be going on in the city:

- It will be a Water Element month! This means the water element will be stronger, while fire element will be weaker. Weather wise, it means the weather will be muggy and humid, with heavy rains and constant thunderstorms throughout the month, fun!!

- In the Kanto region, there will be several outbreaks of water, ice and poison-type pokemon! If you're hoping to catch pokemon of that type, this is the month to try your luck! Otherwise be careful not to get eaten.

- Kaisou's annual Anime Convention will be taking place this month during the weekends! Found at the civic center, the anime convention contains a pleothra of fun activities, booths, panels and cosplay.

- On the weekend of July 18th (goodwill weekend), the goodwill shall be running a Donation special! For this weekend, not only will they take grab bag items- but every item donated will count for 1 point, up to a maximum of ten points! So if you're looking to do some spring cleaning, this is your chance!

These will be starting up at the start of the month. There won't be any mod run event logs on these events, so feel free to make your own posts on it!

Spirit Realm Event: Jumanji
July's Spirit Realm Event will be based on the movie Jumanji! Characters will find copies of the cursed board game around Kaisou and feel a compulsion to play it. Once the game starts, the area of town they are playing in will be trapped in a barrier and will be forced to deal with a barrage of jungle-related threats until the game is over.

In order to facilitate this, we plan to run a number of "games" through Kaisou. Basically 3-5 players will be in charge of running a game, and having their characters RNG results. Meanwhile other characters who wish to take part in the plot (but not do dice rolling) will be caught in the barriers of town. If you wish not to participate, your character may simply be in the parts of town that aren't covered by barriers. Though please note, the number of games that get run will be entirely dependent on how many players take part in running the game portion.

If you are interested in having your character play the game, please comment below! If you want your character to play but ICly they wouldn't, they can feel a magic compulsion to do so.

The spirit realm log will be going up on July 15th.
