With the barrier to the Spirit Realm down, there are plenty of things that are raining down on the city. Namely, heartless- but once and awhile, a shooting star will come down with a package with your character's name on it. During the Heartless event, this can happen anywhere around the city. If it happens after they get the barrier from the Crystal Tower up, it'll happen anytime you happen to visit Kami State Park or anything that lies outside the barrier.

In other words: Characters this month each get 3 free gacha pulls! Comment to this post to claim your pulls! As with past free gacha events, the mods will be implementing a system will a limited number of gacha pulls will be happening each day!

Deadline to comment is November 30th by the time the regain office closes (aka 4pm EST)
