Shio might ask him to help with supply runs in the days leading up to everything going to hell, but beyond that, I think he might suggest Yugo hanging around to like. Bring people inside, especially when Shio himself is clearing Heartless from around the entrance :|a

Beyond that, maybe doing stuff like helping distribute food and water bottles to people brought in, or first aid kits.
