Moxxie intends to kill the board members using his demon killing gun, so first I wanted to check and see if the power level would be dampened at all for plot reasons.

Also, while he does intend to kill all of them, there's definitely a chance some of them could escape, since I'm figuring the gun probably only holds about five rounds, so he'd definitely have to reload at least once to kill them all which would give them a chance to flee.
