also something to mention: because Tsukasa's dad is a relatively famous author he has money. Not like JKR tier of being able to buy out the government but enough to pay for plane tickets, so it's possible he helped pitch in to help her move/fly to Kaisou knowing Robin and Tsukasa are fairly close.
