Still speaks pretty oddly, but can get along with people okay in general. Event Plans: Tiera's going to lose her Intelligence and find it a lot harder to communicate in human languages. She does have a fallback imageboard/app that she can use, and she can kind of struggle to understand and communicate if necessary, but anyone who can speak animal will be a big help to translate.
