Welcome to the January Handwaved CR & AU workshop for Kaisou! We're super excited to have you! These posts are to help encourage old and new players to make new connections and find potential CR while designing your AU or figuring out what your OU character has been up to. If you're brand news, you can check out FAQ page and the app page to get a sense of what's going on!

If you're a player looking to app a new character:
Apps are always open for submission and get done the first and third weekends of the month. So once you got a clear idea of what you want, feel free to hop over to the application page! If you're already in the game, feel free to comment to this post as well to make new CR!

A reminder that in order to app either a Black Order or POKEGO AU you are required to have been in the game at least 3 months with another character. If you are rejoining the game after being gone awhile, you can count your past stint towards your 3 months, but it's recommended you look over the plot recap to see what you missed.

If you are a player with a character in game looking for CR:
You can use this post to comment with your character and established some handwaved CR or just come up with different ways for characters to meet!

Canon: Trigun Stampede
Age: Physically & mentally he's 16, but he's been walking the Earth for only 6ish years.
Type: OU

About: Kni is an Independent Plant, aka an alien born on a spaceship with a Huge chip on his shoulder when it comes to saving his own species (dependent plants) from being mistreated by humanity. He's incredibly family-focused and has a mean misanthropic streak that everyone around him has been working tirelessly to try and get him to chill out on. He lives with his brother, Vash, and the rest of their weird family (Wolfwood, Eve, & Dante) out in Persephone's Cottage outside the city.

Typical Activities: Kni keeps himself busy by tending to the gardens and farm animals (chickens, rabbits, various pokemon), as well as running his shop in the city. When he's not being forced out of obligation to spend time around others, he spends his time being as much of an introvert as possible.

Looking for: Anything! I'd love more negative cr, sparring partners, anyone he can beef with, but I'm open to all kinds of shenanigans. As well as any cr that would force Kni outside his comfort zone more...

Baizhu probably stops by his shop for fresh produce, since it's local. He'll be polite even if Kni isn't, and he's happy to chat about gardening while he shops.

thankfully kni has some sense to not be outwardly rude to customers, but he certainly isn't above and beyond friendly but!!! if it's topics that interest him (which can range from what fertilizer works best with what vegetable plant to unfun facts about the victorian era) then he'll absolutely chat with baizhu!!!

DESPITE everything, Varian still sends Kni messages on the regular checking in on him. If Kni chooses to ignore them, Varian won't push the issue, but he sends the messages anyway!

Persephone visits the cottage every morning and so likely runs into Kni then! She'll also visit his store- she doesn't buy anything but she does wander around and make sure no one's trying to scam him.

fortunately for varian, kni won't ignore his messages but he still harbors some lingering guilt that he refuses to talk about in detail with anyone but at least he's not ghosting anyone anymore!!

sometimes varian will get a treat box of "failed" pastries on his doorstep or workshop that somehow escape the vacuums at home named vash and wolfwood, much like a cat leaving a dead mouse in your room to show they care (or something)

kni wishes someone would try scamming him, but for some reason that hasn't happened yet!!! kni will like to show her how well the fruits and vegetables are growing, and she never has to buy anything because anything she'd like he'll simply give to her :/

Varian fully expects this and allows it with a tired little sigh. This is fine, buddy. You work through it as best you can. Even if it's with weird pastries.
