Welcome to the January Handwaved CR & AU workshop for Kaisou! We're super excited to have you! These posts are to help encourage old and new players to make new connections and find potential CR while designing your AU or figuring out what your OU character has been up to. If you're brand news, you can check out FAQ page and the app page to get a sense of what's going on!
If you're a player looking to app a new character:
Apps are always open for submission and get done the first and third weekends of the month. So once you got a clear idea of what you want, feel free to hop over to the application page! If you're already in the game, feel free to comment to this post as well to make new CR!
A reminder that in order to app either a Black Order or POKEGO AU you are required to have been in the game at least 3 months with another character. If you are rejoining the game after being gone awhile, you can count your past stint towards your 3 months, but it's recommended you look over the plot recap to see what you missed.
If you are a player with a character in game looking for CR:
You can use this post to comment with your character and established some handwaved CR or just come up with different ways for characters to meet!

Age: 65, no she is not retiring yet,
Type: Zodiac AU
About: A wee old lady whose been in the workplace grind since leaving high-school, she's everyone's Grandma (not just at Zodiac these days), and doesn't seem ready to stop being everyone's Grandma either. If you look up 'sweet old granny', her picture is there in the encyclopedia. She may have done knit-bombing in her youth, among other things. Mysteries.
For now though she just makes endless amounts of baked goods and knit objects, while doing her impression of if Medusa stopped turning people stone cold and just told them they looked cold before piling them with hot food.
Typical Activities: Aside from copious amounts of knitting and baking (the latter is often done at Meropide in fact, and the former is also done for Meropide because why not!), and her usual desk job, Cotton tends to handle the reporting end of the Zodiac out-team during events, because no one wants or expects a wee old 60+ year old woman to do anything like fight. Maybe she will one day though because good lord, Goodwill has now handed her a Persona AND an ARCUS, wow.
In any case, she also really likes keeping little aquariums and paludariums and terrariums, because her crunchy knees don't like going on long hikes or going camping anymore. But golly would she love it.
Looking for: Cotton's the kind of character where I don't tend to plan the CR so much as just say 'look. it's Grandma', but that aside if you want the fun experience of PAST Grandma-ing, I am extremely down. The nice thing about grandparents is you can have more than one of them, and I highly encourage people to start collecting.
