Welcome to the January Handwaved CR & AU workshop for Kaisou! We're super excited to have you! These posts are to help encourage old and new players to make new connections and find potential CR while designing your AU or figuring out what your OU character has been up to. If you're brand news, you can check out FAQ page and the app page to get a sense of what's going on!

If you're a player looking to app a new character:
Apps are always open for submission and get done the first and third weekends of the month. So once you got a clear idea of what you want, feel free to hop over to the application page! If you're already in the game, feel free to comment to this post as well to make new CR!

A reminder that in order to app either a Black Order or POKEGO AU you are required to have been in the game at least 3 months with another character. If you are rejoining the game after being gone awhile, you can count your past stint towards your 3 months, but it's recommended you look over the plot recap to see what you missed.

If you are a player with a character in game looking for CR:
You can use this post to comment with your character and established some handwaved CR or just come up with different ways for characters to meet!

Character Name: Josuke Higashikata
Canon: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
Age: 24 (16 in canon)
Type: POKEGO AU

About: Josuke started reawakening his memories and his Stand, Crazy Diamond, as a teenager, and would have gotten snapped up by TBO if it weren't for someone in POKEGO having been close enough to notice and intervene. He graduated from the POKEPUPs program and spent a while helping out younger folks in the program as he tried to figure out what he wanted to do with himself. ... Unfortunately by the time he figured out he wanted to go into med school eventually, that was about the time The Willow Incident happened. He eventually got sent to Kaisou for the sake of needing more people with social skills!

Those social skills feel more like a curse than a gift some days.
Typical Activities: He's POKEGO's medic! Beyond that, he's in classes at Kaisou U and is the infirmary guy at Cygnus and the Fortress of Meropide. He tries to split his time at both more or less evenly! Beyond that, he does a lot of (nonmagical) crafty things (he enjoys doing things like keychains/charms and stickers) and sewing--he makes and alters his own clothes, will happily do so for others, and has taken an interest in upcycling clothing.
Looking for: If you're around Cygnus, Meropide, or the university, there's a good chance you'll run into this guy. THAT BEING SAID I'm always down for any family stuff being established--Josuke has an entire side of his family he has no idea about.

On slower days, Jun probably stops by the infirmary to talk to Josuke! He'll probably talk to him about fashion and clothes, as well as ask Josuke advice on sewing and what not.

Varian likely runs into Josuke a lot between POKEGO, Kaiosu U and Meropide! He's probably asked him for help in clothes, especially for his werewolf form because that's tricky!
