I'm down with Ratio being a prior professor! Dani would prob initially be trying to avoid him on the app. Because oh god, there's her old teacher in casual space. And also the whole dropping out thing is so embarrassing. No doubt there are/were some rumors of her flunking, but Ratio could have seen that generally her grades were on a decent level. (Not straight A's but reasonable.)

Though until the topic caught her interest, it was probably hell to get her to focus in class, sorry prof.
