I meant to say this ages ago but life ate me the past few months, but James would 100% absolutely ask Edward if he needs more help around the Jackdaw. Please give this dumb tiny redhead a job. He'll dress up like a pirate and act like an olde times person and also carry anything heavy that needs moving. He'll probably end up saying aye and verily a lot, but his heart's in the right place!
