Announcement: Regarding Calendar & Apps

kaisoumodsHello everyone! Just a couple quick announcement here.
First of all, we now have an official Game Calendar! This will list all the reoccurring events that you can expect in Kaisou in an easy to keep track of way. The only thing that's not listed on there is the regain office hours, since those an every day thing (2pm - 4pm EST).
Second of all and more importantly, starting in June, we will be changing our app processing schedule. Instead of weekly, apps will be judged on the first and third weekend of the month, with the app office closing at 6pm EST on Sundays (aka if you submit your app at 9pm Sunday, it's not getting read until the following app processing time). Players are still allowed to submit their app at anytime, it just won't get processed until the app processing weekends.
There's a number of reasons we're doing this! On the logistical side, it's to make sure apps don't conflict with AC and to ensure players have plenty of time to intro their own characters how they want before the Zodiac network posts go up and announces their presence. On the more personal side (and the bigger reason), the head mod who handles apps has been dealing with increasing health issues and so this is one of the ways we're trying to manage to workload to accommodate that.
As stated before, this will be taking effect in June. In the meantime, apps are open this Sunday (May 21st) and next Sunday (May 28th) so not to disrupt anyone's immediate plans.
