Event Plans: With all the rain, there will definitely be a few moments Luca turns into a sea monster in a sudden downpour. He will definitely be checking out the con, and since he's now consumed a lot more human media and basically got into anything that takes place in space he'll even be aware of what some of the stuff at the con is supposed to be. He might even cosplay.
He would be interested in going to Atlantis (and will also not be taking the power source), and since he can breathe underwater he'd have a huge advantage there. If he's able to find a chaperone he'll be going. Anything else?N/A
