Oh, the salmon just unlocks the memories, he won't actually act them out. He might have moments where he sees an opportunity and thinks about what this other him would have done, though. He'll be more frustrated with the fact that he's apparently always an imp.

He'll also be dealing with Crowley having left the app, so he'll also be in a bad mood because of that.

Or, alternately, after getting those memories back he might try to do the Where All Your Dreams Come True side quest and easily get peer pressured by the imps since those memories are going to make him even more curious about the impish side of himself.
